Pastor Dana Dudley serves as Lead Pastor at New Harvest Christian Center in Tallahassee, Florida, where she provides spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and ministry support to the church family. With a heart for worship, discipleship, and community connection, Pastor Dana has been an active member of the ministry team at New Harvest for over a decade, faithfully serving in both worship leadership and pastoral roles.

Ordained into pastoral ministry in 2020, Pastor Dana is passionate about guiding individuals and families toward spiritual growth through biblical teaching, mentorship, and compassionate service. She is known for her encouraging leadership style, practical application of Scripture, and commitment to fostering authentic faith and community.

Beyond her role in the church, Pastor Dudley is deeply engaged in civic and community service throughout the Tallahassee area. She is an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and volunteers with organizations such as the Big Bend Minority Chamber of Commerce, March of Dimes, the American Cancer Society, and local schools. In recognition of her leadership and community impact, she was honored as one of the “25 Women You Need to Know” by the Tallahassee Democrat and recipient of the 2025 Community Award by Domi Station.

  

Pastor Dana Dudley is devoted to advancing the church's mission, uplifting the community, and helping others walk confidently in their faith through grace-centered, Christ-focused ministry.  She founded the Conversations & Connections Women’s Ministry and the BOMB (Bone of My Bone) Marriage Ministry, where she and her husband, Reggie, lead couples at every stage of marriage.  

Pastor Dana and Deacon Reggie are the proud parents of two children and one grandchild.
